Our staff have been working at the pre-school for over 20 years! They both hold level 3 childcare qualifications and are currently studying for E100 qualifications at the Open University.

Lindsay Bignell - Pre-School Supervisor has 3 grown up children and lives in Pattishall. She is our designated person for child protection and safeguarding as well as special educational needs.

Sarah Allan - Pre-School Supervisor has 2 grown up children and also lives locally.

The pre-school is managed by a voluntary committee made up of parents of current and past children.
Committee Chair is Lauren Leeson who lives in Pattishall is mother of twins who attended Pattishall Pre-School and have just started Pattishall CE Primary School. Lauren is a registered childminder and is currently studying Early Years Professional Status at the university of Northampton.
Treasurer is Louise Nichols  who lives in Eastcote is a mother of 1 boy in Reception at Pattishall CE Primary School and 1 girl at Pattishall Pre-School.
Secretary is Debbie Randle who also lives in Astcote is a mother of 2 girls, both whom attended Pattishall Pre-School and now at Pattishall CE Primary School in reception and year 3.
